He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Felkner and Alcie Felkner (Vandelicht); his grandparents, Bill and Bertha Vandelicht; and his sister Helen Salmons.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Davidson; his children, Gary Felkner (Penny) and Vicky Martin (Jeff); his sister Diann Fennel (Bill); his grandchildren, Andrew Felkner (Tonya), Marah Ellerman (Trenton), Carmin Pritchett (Chris), Aaron Martin (Periann), Terry Miles (Andi) and Kelly Easley (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Lynlie, Maebry, Layken, Tucker, Brett, Olivia, Millie, Colton and Kaylee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
