He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Claude Crumpton and Lucille Fern White; and his brother Richard Crumpton. He is survived by: his wife Connie Haden; his children, Haden Crumpton of Fairway, KS and Shannon Fugate (David) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Emmett Crumpton, Vivian Crumpton and Alyce Fugate; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Crumpton, Jay Haden (Ellen) and Jon Haden (Barb). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
