She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Allen (Harris); and her siblings, Betty Witt, Kenneth Allen, Helen Burns, Floyd Allen Jr., Susan Allen, Maggie Burns and Randall Allen.
She is survived by: her father Floyd Sr. Allen; her husband John Klick; her children, Clay Allen (Jennifer) and Jacqueline Allen; her siblings, Wallace Allen and Cartelia Wolfe; her grandchildren, Chris Bohrn, Sam Bohrn, Isabella Allen and Julianna Allen; and her great grandchild Scott Bohrn.
