He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Butcher and Ruby Mae Butcher (Salmons); and his brother Keith Eugene Butcher. He is survived by: his wife Susan Butcher (Wilmsmeyer); his children, William Eugene Butcher (Amber) and Angie Butcher; his sisters, Patsy Burke (Marion) and Donna Hughes (Billy); his grandchildren, Caleb DeBrodie, Samantha DeBrodie (Travis Adair), Ember Atkins, Aubrey Atkins, Roy Butcher and Russell Butcher; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Gavin, Levi, Sophia and Blake Adair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
