He was predeceased by: his son Jon Kimmen; his daughter-in-law Sherri Kimmen; his parents, Lawrence Kimmen and Hilda Kimmen (Schumacher); his siblings, Ray, Kenny, Mike Kimmen and Phyllis Grote (Bubbles); and his siblings-in-law, Gene Case, Charlie Jacobs and Darlene Kimmen.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith-Kimmen; his sons, William Kimmen (Sherri), Andrew Kimmen (Dawn) and Frank Kimmen; his stepchildren, Cassandra Smith of Gainesville, MO, Kimberly Smith (Travis Wiard), James Smith and Jerald; his siblings, Mona Case of Manning, IA, Bonnie Jacobs of Harlan, IA and Larry Kimmen of Dunlap, IA; and his sister-in-law Ellen Kimmen of Hastings, MN. He is also survived by many grandkids, step grandkids, great- grandkids, nieces, nephews and family and friends.
