He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Scott and Viola Scott; his son Wesley Dean; his granddaughter Tousha Dinwiddie; and his siblings, Elvie Scott of Bob Scott, J. T, Pauline Akin, Mary Lou Scott, Ann Hamm, Louis Myers and Shirly Readen.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Scott; his children, Shelia McCullough (Alfred Pace) and David Scott (Sherri); and his siblings, Albert (Shelia Scott), Frank Scott and Ernie Scott (Bretta). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home Chapel (434 Main St, Gainesville, MO 65655). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sims Cemetery.
