He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his daughters, Kendra (Tim Giles), Becky (Matthew Heinlein), Jessica (Oran Boyd), Donna (Doug Turney), Lori (Kenny James) and Lesia (Dane Scott); and his brother Jerry Durham (Sandy). He is also survived by 18 grand children; 18 great grand children.
