She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Burk and Joetta Burk (Jenkins). She is survived by: her children, Nathaniel Burk and Jennifer Plottner; and her siblings, Eugene Jenkins, Ralph Mann, Leanna Chase and Dana Scott-Eutsler. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
