She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Barnes and Eulas Barnes (Hedrick); her husband Dan Walthall; her sons, David Walthall and Mike Walthall; and her siblings, Verva Barnes, Erma Sickman (Barnes), Louise Crume (Barnes), Loren Barnes, Robert Barnes and Rodney Barnes.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra Hoagland (Harold) of Venice, FL; her daughter-in-law Kristal Walthall of Sarasota, FL; her sisters, Joyce Washington of Crane, MO and Patricia Rogers (Kenny) of Lebanon, MO; and her grandchildren, Joe Dryer (Beckie) of Springfield, MO, Derek Harralson (Courtney) of Billings, MO, Denise Shank (Kris) of Rogersville, MO, Dustin Hutchison (Paxton) of Newark, AR, Miranda Arnold (Josh) of Willard, MO, Josh Hoagland (Heather) of Lakeland, FL and Erin Huffman of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
