He is survived by: his wife Patsy Blevins; his children, Kim Borisek of Clever, MO, Terry Blevins (Jana) of Texas and Kelly Mathies (Jason) of Colorado; his brother Rick Blevins (Lynette) of Nixa, MO; his grandchildren, Amber Vinson (Clint), Louden Blevins (Rachel), Greyden Blevins (Courtney) and Cody Borisek (Muriah); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Snelson (Nick), Halee Schrunk (Jack), Lincoln Blevins and Rowan Blevins. He is also survived by 4 great great grandchildren.
