He was predeceased by: his parent Marion Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Caldwell; his children, Katie Ward of Kansas City and Andy Ward (Caitlyn) of Overland Park; his sisters, Paula (Randy) and Patsy Alvey (Dave) of Tell City; and his mother-in-law Jean Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Gallatin Bright Futures in care of the funeral home.
