Christopher Michael Stith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Michael Stith of Gallatin, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernis Dale and Margaret K. Stith (Creekmore); his parents-in-law, Ronald and Dorothy Duffy; and his sister-in-law Liz Duffy.

He is survived by: his wife Bertie; his daughters, Melanie Brungardt (Judd) of Wellsville, KS and Rebecca Collins (Seth) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Maggie Brungardt, Wyatt Brungardt and Abby Collins; and his siblings, Junior Stith (Judy) of Gallatin, MO, Robin Stith (Sharla) of Polo, MO and Kathy Frost (Jerry) of Gallatin, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Pilot Grove # 2 Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
