We announce the death of Edna B. Bayne of Gallatin, Missouri, who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Furr and Bonnie Furr (Robins); her sister Dorothy; her brother-in-law Don Parks; and her nephew John Parks.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Henderson (Mike) of Gallatin, MO and Gerri Huston (Mike) of Jamesport, MO; and her grandchildren, Chris Henderson (Andrea) of Gallatin, MO, Jeremy Henderson (Jody) of Gallatin, MO, Nathan Henderson (Jessie) of Smithville, MO, Wade Huston (Jenika) of Chillicothe, MO, Tyler Huston (Danielle) of Jamesport, MO, Lance Huston (Brianna) of Owatonna, MN, Bailey Gaunt (Cody) of Chillicothe, MO and Madison Troyer (Trenton) of Chillicothe, MO. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren and other extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Daviess County Library or Greenwood Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
