He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Dorothy Jane Evelyn Loucks (Sparks); and his siblings, William Leeroy Loucks, Gary Gene Loucks, Patty Jean Dow and Linda Lou Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rose Loucks; his children, Jimmy Stanhope of Gallatin, Sherry Craig of Trenton, Johnny Loucks (Britney) of Cleo Springs and Justin Hogan (Neesa) of Blue Mound, Missouri; his sister Shirley Shipers of Gallatin; and his grandchildren, Haleigh Stanhope, Landon Stanhope, Brently Stanhope, Cadin Craig, Bailey Rose Rice, Kristie Sanders, Rose Lynn Star Loucks, Linda Kaye Loucks, Mason Hogan and Jimmy L. Loucks III.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Shirley Rose Loucks.
