He is survived by: his daughter Debra (Jason Habhegger) of Gallatin, MO; his grandchildren, Nicholas Neibling of Lawton, OK, Joshua Habhegger of Gallatin, MO, Elizabeth Price of Gallatin, MO, Jasmine Habhegger of Gallatin, MO and Lilli Page of Commanche, OK; and his brothers, Gary Neibling of Hiawatha, KS and Merlin Conn of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
