She is survived by: her husband Larry Dale Burnworth; her brother Steve Quinlin (Betty Hernandez); her sons, Tony Burnworth (Michele), Steve Burnworth (Tammy) and Ryan Burnworth (Amy Gile); and her grandchildren, Jakob Burnworth (Vanessa), Shelby Burnworth (Brett Balman), Brody Burnworth and Bailey Burnworth.
