She was predeceased by: her father Roy Hoemann (Ruth); her husband Tim Dixon; her mother Ruth Hoemann; her great grandchildren, Shannon Wood and Wood of Arizona; her siblings, Betty Daniels, Cathy Courtoise, Catherine Hoemann, Treasa Selph and Dennis Hoemann; her sisters-in-law, Bernadette Hoemann, Brenda Hoemann and Peggy Hoemann; and her nephews, Denny Hoemann and Jeremy Selph.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Harbert (Andy) of Owensville, Dewane Courtouise (Elaine) of Gerald, Doug Courtouise (Traci) of Bourbon, Ronnie Courtouise (Crystal) of Gerald, John Dixon (Theresa) of Owensville and Timmy Dixon (Maggie) of Kingdom City; her grandchildren, Allyson (Nick), Drew (Shelby), Mackenzie (Dakota), Jordan, Veronica, Savannah, Brittyn, Dallas, Katelyn, Amber, Maddie, Sebastian, Carleigh, Delayni, Tate, Shawn and Kimberly; her great grandchildren, Baxleigh, Klayton, Beau, Owen, Levi, Eli and Andrew; and her siblings, David Hoemann, Larry Hoemann, Mark Hoemann and Sally Kreftmeyer (Henry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
