He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Neal and Wareta Neal (Meader); and his son Randy Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sons, Kenneth Neal (Tammy), Keith Neal (Karen) and Carl Hutchinson (Maureen); his grandchildren, Jacqui, Kenneth, Christina, Desiree, Amanda, Amy, Michael, Alexander, Tyler, Trey, Derek and Joe; and his brother Frank Neal. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
