She was predeceased by: her father Mark Simmons; and her brother Joe Simmons. She is survived by: her mother Shannon Haley of Owensville; her husband John Perkins of Gerald; her children, Johnson Davis of Owensville and Crystal Davis of West Plains; and her sister Heather Giebe of Owensville. She is also survived by two grandsons; other relatives and many friends.
