He is survived by: his father Vernon Phelps of Rolla; his wife Tanya; his mother-in-law Carolyn Whitaker (Dan) of Salem; his children, David Crabtree of Rolla, Christian Longseth (Anna) of Gerald, Heather, Haily and Sierra; his siblings, Ronnie Crabtree (Debbie) of St. James, Larry Bell of Nampa, Idaho, Judy Shafferkoetter (Jack) of Springfield and Patty Taylor (David) of Rolla; and his brother-in-law Adam Kleekamp (Laura) of Gerald. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many other family and friends.
