He is survived by: his children, Tom "Skip" Heintz II (Amie) of Gerald and Holly Schuttenburg (Gary) of Rosebud; his brother Bob Heintz of Eureka; his grandchildren, Zach Heintz, Shane Heintz, Cayla Garner and Damon Schuttenburg; and his great grandchildren, Ameilia and Anara Heintz.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gottenstroeter Funeral Home (108 S 2nd St, Owensville, MO 65066). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer United Church of Christ - Gerald Date (124 E Fitzgerald Ave, Gerald, MO 63037).
