He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Ray Shepherd; and his great grandchild Paiseigh. He is survived by: his mother Helen Beatrice Dublin Shepherd; his wife Marlie Shepherd of Gideon, MO; his sons, Randy Carnell Jr., Dennis Carnell (Mary) and Christopher Carnell (Leeann); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Haileigh, Elizabeth, Hanna, Alexis, Charity, Cammeron and Athena; his great grandchildren, Alivia, Leelan and Colton; and his siblings, Richard Shepherd, Thomas Shepherd, Charles Shepherd, Linda Hamilton and Christina Sipp. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
