It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Wilson in Gideon, Missouri, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Opal Wilson and Woodrow Wilson; and his siblings, Larry, Joseph Wilson, Phyllis Ross and Dortha Lavah.

He is survived by : his wife Lavanna Wilson of Portageville, MO; his sons, Cary Wison (Katina) of Pollard, AR, Mike Wilson (Tonya) of Portageville, MO and Chris "Coot" Wilson (Amber) of Portageville, MO; his sisters, Donice (Glen Berkemeyer) of Morrilton, AR and Donna Woodard (Tony) of Hot Spring, AR; his grandchildren, Payton Jackson (Chase), JT Wilson, Lawton Wilson (Jacie), Corlie Wilson, Owen Wilson, Hunter Wilson, Ella Kathryn Wilson, Spencer Harwell and Gracie Harwell; and his great grandchildren, Legend Wilson and Maverick Jackson. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeLisle Funeral Home Chapel (209 W Main St, Portageville, MO 63873). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
