We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 87, Ann Charlene Blackwell of Gladstone, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles W. Cunningham and Anne L. Cunningham (Davenport); and her husband Charles W Blackwell. She is survived by : her children, Danny Blackwell (Patty), Mark Blackwell (Dana), Virginia Seymore (Dennis) and Kelly Muehlberger (Dan). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Winnwood Baptist Church or the Leavenworth VA.
