He was predeceased by: his father John Carter. He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Carter; his stepdaughters, Dani Plowman and Dallas Plowman; his mother Linda Darr (Steve); his brothers, Brian Carter (Lindsey) and Blake Carter; and his siblings' children, Trent Carter, Alexis Carter, Savannah Carter, Rylan Carter, Davyn Carter, Mason Carter and Dyllan McGinnes. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
