A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119). Perhaps most notably, Don helped lead the city through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic with steady leadership, always prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of the community he served.
