Claypool (Sheri) of Cowgill and Michelle Murphy (Jeff) of Parkville; his grandchildren, David Claypool (Lauren), Brian Claypool (Sarah), Jordan Murphy, Allie Chilcote (Dan), Madison Mitchell (Mikey) and Myles Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Cary Claypool, Kelly Claypool, Grayson Claypool, Reese Claypool, Hadley Curry, Everly Mitchell and Emma Chilcote.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thurman Funeral Home - Richmond (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Thurman Funeral Home - Richmond Starts (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Newton Cemetery.
