He is survived by: his daughters, Kristi Summers (Zach) and Stephanie Culver (Chuck); his grandchildren, Dylan, Jesse, Kalli, Lilly Gayle, Lucy Ann, Austin and Chase; his great grandchild Theo Knoth; his brother Louis Jeriel Summers, Jr. (Jay); his sister-in-law Anne Summers (Bredeman); his nieces, Amy Grimm (Summers), Sarah (Summers) and Eiffert (Geoff); his nephew Sam L. Willcut; and his cousins, Sharon Garrison (Stokes), Van Harrison Stokes III and Mary Jane Thompson (Thomson).
John noted that instead of flowers, memorial contributions might be made to Geary Community Healthcare Foundation in Junction City or to a charitable organization of your choice.
