She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Albert Kirk and Nancy Jean Kirk (Stevens); and her sister Jerri Jean. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Shaddox; and her mother-in-law Lilas Shaddox. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; and a host of cherished friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program, a cause close to Kerri's heart.
