He is survived by: his children, Pam Miller (Robert) of Lone Jack, Missouri and Barry Hayden of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, Alysha Miller of Grain Valley and Chad Miller (Kennedy) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Jones of Monett, Missouri. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
