She was predeceased by: her nephew Joseph K. Hawkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Kira C. Hawkes and Mattie D. Hawkes-Withrow; her parents, Joseph K. Hawkes and Dawn M. William; and her siblings, Kim M. Miller, Joseph J. Hawkes and Shane R. Schmick.
