She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Blankenship and Marion Blankenship (Leuchtmann); her siblings, Mary Beth (Dawson), Phil and Robert Blankenship; her sister-in-law Carol Blankenship; and her nephew Phillip Blankenship.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Dean Powell; and her brother-in-law Hewie Powell (Arlene Miller). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and multiple cousins.
