He is survived by: his wife Roberta Lea Oliphant; his children, Rogene Schnell, Craig Schnell (Dianna), William Herbert (Shelly), Brad Herbert and Debbie Herbert; and his grandchildren, Sarah (Sean), Jamie, Joshua, Amy (Warren), Christopher, Benjamin (Nikki), Nathan and Shannon (Justas).
