He is survived by: his sons, Dirck (Maureen), Robb (Kate), John and Bill (Gwen); and his grandchildren, Flynn, Carlin, Henry, Liam, Maeve, Maille, Isabella, Jacob, Willem and Alyda. He is also survived by extended family, many friends.
