We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2023, at the age of 74, Ruth Ann Allen (Glasgow, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Estel Sanders and Erna Sanders (Hartung); her husband Henry Duke Allen; and her siblings, Willard Sanders and Joyce Taylor.

She is survived by : her daughters, Stephanie Allen (James Bayless) of Columbia, MO, Emilie Meyer (Mike) of Kansas City, MO and Anita Allen (Kim Sherer) of St. Joseph, MO; her grandchildren, Ethan, Claire Prewitt, Phina and David Meyer; her siblings, Marion Sanders (Ona Mae) of Glasgow, Carolyn Biere (Fred) of Salisbury, Larry Sanders (Nancy) of Fayette, Don Sanders (Myrt) of Fayette, Terry Sanders (Sandra) of Fayette and Clifford Sanders (Linda) of Holts Summit; and her much-loved Allen. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
