He is survived by: his wife Robin McCullar of Lancaster, Missouri; his daughter Roberta Ragland (Chuck); his granddaughters, Chelsea and Chloe Ragland; his uncle Billy Skipper of Mount Carroll, Illinois; and his cousin Pat McCullar of San Francisco, California..
