He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chappell; his sons, Carl Chappell (Jessica) of Wasilla, Jason Chappell (Alisha) of Willard and Derek Chappell (Kim) of Edgar Springs, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Grayson, Tycen, Victorreia, Carter, Samantha, Calvin and Kaylie. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
