He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Gardner and Sylvia Gardner (McCulloch). He is survived by: his wife Karen Lee Bethel of Independence, MO.; his sons, Jeff (Tammy) and John (Cindy); and his sister Wava Joyce (Trout). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
