He is survived by: his wife Oleta Tosh; his children, Daniel Tosh (Misty) of Anderson, Clifton Tosh (Shanda) of Verona, Angela Trotter (Jonathan) of Mt. Vernon, Billie Jo Pyle (Justin) of Carthage, Candace Schuler (David) of Goodman and Jackie Donaldson (Robert Lawson); and his brother Ronnie Tosh (TJ) of Neosho. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to the Pineville American Legion Post c/o the funeral home.
