He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozro Howerton and Zella Howerton; his brothers, Sammy Howerton and Jimmy Howerton; and his grandson John Howerton.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Howerton (Gann) of Goodman; and his sons, Randy Howerton (Lynn) of Noel, Ron Howerton (Linda) of Anderson, Scott Howerton (Terri) of Duson, LA, Steve Howerton (Sherry) of Maurice, LA, Jimmy Reynolds (Mindy) of Neosho, Travis Reynolds of Lanagan and Dennis Reynolds (DeAnna) of Anderson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, along with many in laws.
