He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mitchell and Flossie Mitchell (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Lois Mitchell; his children, Tandy Hale (Kyle), Shannon Mitchell, Melody Green, Daniel Williams, Tabitha Mitchell and Krystal Hicks; and his siblings, Tom Mitchell (Rhonda), Barbara Pridemore, Marilyn Ehrisman, JoAnna Barnhart and Sheryl Morris. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
