He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Maxine E. Wilkerson (Prewitt); and his sister Kay Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Whiteley; his daughters, Tammi Cutter (Scott) and Misty Howard (Jeff); his grandchildren, Gillian, Matt, Hudson and Sloane; his sister Donna Zoroor; and his brother-in-law Ron Whiteley (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
