He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mallen and Mildred Mallen (Hughes); his wife Kathi Miller; and his brothers, David, Marvin and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his sister Ann Wells (Jim); his children, Tim Mallen (Becky), Angela Watson (Nick), Erin Stover (Mark) and Tracy Wilson (Brad); and his grandchildren, Avery, Owen, Loren, Olivia, Joseph and Ella.
