She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Johnson and Katherine Johnson (Hequembourg); her husband Elmer Clark; her brother Sidney Johnson; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Trail, Zeke Clark and Curtis Giddens.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Clark (Julie), Sandy Clark and Cory Clark; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Scott, Scottie Scott (Jane), Curran Lipsett (Katie), Georgia Clark, Jacob Clark and Emma Clark; her great grandchildren, Trinity Johnson (Randy), Remle Johnson, Macy Scott, Clark Scott, Trey Scott, Nicholas Scott, Hudson Lipsett and Hayden Lipsett; her great great grandchild Cooper Johnson; her siblings, Martha Trail, Jim Johnson (Connie), Kathy Rhoad (Bill) and Barbara Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Johnson, Jane Clark and Erma Giddens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
