She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Phillips; her children, Becky Cosgrove (Larry) and Richard Phillips (Heide); her grandchildren, Nicole Snook (Doug), Samantha Atkins (Jarrod), Wyatt Phillips, Maitland Phillips, Joshua Cosgrove and Justin Cosgrove; and her great grandchild Ruby Snook.
