She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ira and Buelah AIeene Gibbons (Paddock); her husband Richard Dean Sr.; her children, Peggy Ann and Ronald DeWayne Sr.; her sister Jewel Alsup Joan Rice; and her grandson Jason Hammontree.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard D. Guffey Jr. and James R. Guffey of Aurora, Missouri; her grandchildren, Ronald Guffey Jr. (Sandy), Stacey Draper (David), Amy Arndorfer (Nick), Jimmy Guffey, Brandon Guffey (Erin), Richard Guffey, Amanda Guffey and Tracy Fenstermaker; and her nieces, Cheryl Kidwell (Dennis) and Susie Gunnels (Bernie). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
