He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Cromley and Hellen Cromley (Sharit); his siblings, Kenneth Cromley, Dennis Cromley and Linda Cromley; his stepson Eric D. Carroll; and his son-in-law Jason L. Ward.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cromley of Grain Valley, Missouri; his children, Charles J. Cromley (Sarah) of Grain Valley, Missouri and Dana L. Wilson (Justin) of Grain Valley, Missouri; his grandchildren, Erica Nelson of Grain Valley, Eric Carroll of Independence, Corbin Cromley of Grain Valley, Missouri, Tyler Cromley of Grain Valley, Missouri, Jaxson Cromley of Grain Valley, Missouri, Jules Ward of Grain Valley, Missouri and Vera Ward of Grain Valley, Missouri; and his sisters, Cathy Cromley of Blue Springs, Missouri and Patricia Cromley of Blue Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
