He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Lux and Ella C. Lux (Vanhole); his sisters, Thelma and Patricia; and his children, David, Randy and Sherri.

He is survived by: his wife Naomi Ruth; his children, Mark Lux (Sherrie), Claudia Seigler (Tom), Larry Lux (Julie) and Denise Gallaway (Arthur); and his siblings, Eileen Pratt and Charles Lux. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
