She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Tipton; Ed Tipton. She is survived by: her mother Erma Tipton; her children, Keona Stephens (John) and Jeremy Fowler; and her siblings, Lee Tipton (Gayann) and Patricia Tipton. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Fellowship Church.
