Randall; her children, Michael Thetford, Scottie, Dena Thetford and Shellie Piepmeier; her stepchildren, Carri Strange and Jennifer Nicholas; her sisters, Joyce A. Harvey (Fowler) and Tammy L. Belt (Michael W.); her grandchildren, Zackary Thetford, Matthew Thetford, Brittany Mann, Brooklyn Stout, Tyler Thetford, Libby Thetford and Michael A. Otero Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Emma, Grace, Hannah, Noella, Rylenne, Noah and Eli; her nieces, Paula Markus, Amy Fowler and Bethany Belt; her great great grandchildren, London Kate, Houston, Owen, Halley, Larson and Zane; and her nieces, Libby, Payton and Brook. She is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and nephews.
